Yes, I'm here in Iceland. Usually come in winter as work lets me get away and I like the less touristy aspect of the season. Still have friends here from work, so it's a time to reconnect and see the wild places again. This year has much less snow than usual.
rrlund---this setup, tractor and wheel gizmo--is dedicated to one purpose as far as I can tell. As Tractorcedric pointed out, dairy farmers in his area commonly use these to push the hay towards the cows inside the barn. And that's the explanation the transporters gave as well. I thought maybe one could put different attachments on it, but not sure that's the case. Never seen one before. Will have to check youtube to see one in operation.
