A lot of us might not like what Jim MI said but he's right. From old tractors to new tractors to trade, he's right. Again, we might not like it but nostalgia is only good for thinking about; Eveything requires maintenance. My Plymouth Voyager went 170,000 miles before we rebuilt the engine, just sold it last month with 265,000 miles on it and except for one muffler it had the original exhaust system. Yes, nit pickers, I did the brakes a few times, hoses, radiator, water pump, etc. But it sure lasted longer than my grandfatehr's 52 Plymouth that had recommneded oil change intervals of 1,000 miles. If that rebuilt Jubilee was 10 grand and I want a work tractor, like to go into the custom hogging business, loader work, etc., I'll put another 7 grand with it and get a Kubota, JD, Case-IH, M-F, etc. that is technologically current. Some of you will say, " I can't afford the extra money for a new tractor. I say then that you can't afford the 10 grand for the Jubilee and expect to do much with it but parade it. If that's the issue, OK>If old tractors are better, then old cars must be too. Lots of things have changed and are changing and they are not to our total liking, but we have to move on.

Well, although these tires were in good shape as far as tread was concerned, they looked real sad. All were flat, but new tubes fixed that. In addition to years and years of scuffing and fading, they had paint splattered on
