I am replacing all gauges and senders on my 1965 MF 165. None worked except ammeter.
I find lots of fuel senders and lots of fuel gauges but most don't list the resistance range of operation. I need to match them properly. And for the fuel sender, obviously the hole pattern, tank depth are also important. My tank is 10" deep. Standard 5 hole pattern. Gauge is standard small size.
My question is: Is there a vendor that will sell me the right matched set?
I also need 5 new 10-32 special screws for fuel sender with the rubber gasket under the head of the screws. Ideas? Maybe put a dab of RTV under the head?
