Seeing more of this, seems the city bred concept is that open farm land is OPEN, they can't fathom that it is just as private as their 35x35 back yard, Document is great, be sure to get the dates of the trespass, and a video cam is great too. If he cuts your property fence, get him for destruction of property, and calling the cops gets documentation too, as in an established history that he won't stay off, should any thing else happen in the future.
