I AM ORIGINALLY FROM MISSISSIPPI WHERE WE FINALLY CHANGED THE TRESSPASS LAW BACK IN THE 70'S SO THAT ALL LAND IS POSTED REGARDLESS OF SIGNS OR PAINT AND THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN CROSS ONTO SOMEONE'S LAND IS TO HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE LANDOWNER OR RISK HAVING EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IN YOUR POSSESSION AT THE TIME OF THE ARREST CONFISSCATED PLUS FINE AND JAIL TIME. THIS MEANS YOUR VEHICLE, GUNS, OR BOATS. IT MADE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE, BUT THERE IS ALWAYS THE OCASIONAL JERK WHO THINKS HE IS ABOVE THE LAW. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO MAKE A POINT STRONGLY WITH THE JERK TO WARD OFF OTHERS WHO MAY TRY. WORD GETS AROUND. THEN YOU COULD ALWAYS DO THE ARKANSAS RIGHT THING TO DO AND HIRE HIM WHIPPED. THE REALITY IS THERE IS NO EASY SOLUTION. ASK YOURSELF WHAT WOULD JESUS DO. THAT CHANGES THINGS DOESN'T IT. GOOD LUCK.
