Darryl....sounds like you have the right vehicle(heavy duty)....and a little tip you should remember....chain it down or strap it don't matter as long as it don't move on you trip.....but the tip is ..put a little weight on the touge of the trailer by moving the tractor forewards and back....you need couple hundred pounds on hitch....when driving down the road...if it sways(trailer)you have to much weight to the back of trailer move it foreward if it is very boucey on the hitch...move tractor back....only takes like 6" to make a big difference try to balance it over axles......Good Luck....
