I saw a 3900 series Ford converted to all hand controls Sara. The tractor may be in the Progressive farmer I don't recall. The way they did it was to put a fulcrum and break over handle on the clutch and one on the brakes. The throttle was the normal hand throttle but they made it so that when the clutch or brakes were operated the throttle was released and a spring pulled it back to idle speed. They had used a electric cable winch that worked without the engine running to move the seat like the other post mentioned and a ladder sort of thing for the man to mount and dismount the tractor. When he got onto the seat to be raised up he could hang his wheel chair on a hanger on the seat brackets that raised and it carried his chair out of the way with him.
