Sara, At many of the land grant universities the Agricultural Engineering departments have shifted more toward Bio Engineering. You might contact one of the professors in Ag Engineering or Ag & Bio Engineering at the main agricultural university in your area. The other conversions you need could make a good senior or thesis project for one of their students. There may have already been projects done that they could direct you to. You might also check the manufacturer of the equipment you have or plan to purchase. Many companies have programs to assist differently abled individuals in adapting their products.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
