As a driver education teacher, I sometimes have handicapped students go through my class. We refer them to Mary-Free-Bed Hospital, in Grand Rapids, Michigan for evaluation. They work with companies that customize autos for handicapped drivers. Check with hospital services in your area for hospitals that specialize in rehab services. They can recommend local conversion services. Probably don't do tractors, but might be able to give advice. Have found those in this service to be a compassionate lot. Good luck!
