Are the Regency and Dial arc single phase input power? If not, and you don’t have 3ph to power them they are pretty much useless.
The dial arc can stick weld and run TIG.
Does the regency have a wire feeder of some sort with it? Without one it is just a paper weight. It is not capable of stick or tig, only wire feed.
The 250D is a good deal, if it is working. But, do you want a portable or a wall powered unit. The portable is also a generator which can be handy if you do more outside work and less shop time.
