How to find tractor descriptions

Hello,
I am new to tractors, and I am in the market for one. I see many tractor ads, but I do not know how to find out the description of the tractors. I would like to compare specs on different tractors I see for sale. What is a good way to do this? Are there any web sites that describe each tractor model, including old ones?
