A friend and neighbour owns both a Dodge diesel and a Ford. The Ford is an 80's model bought used many years ago. It is well past 400K original motor, the C6 just died and was rebuilt. It is used to tow a tri axle flat bed with a Case backhoe, small case dozer or about anything else you want on it. The Dodge is Cummins diesel extended cab dually, 95 or 96 model. High milage but still runs great. It does not want to shift up when cold and the selector for the A/C will not allow the cold air to come out of the dash registers. This is all after it had been stolen by teens and beat on, shortly after he purchased it. They pushed things, hit, run over, and finally got it terribly stuck in a muddy field. The truck had the wind shield and dash replaced (kicked in) a couple rims and tires replaced , body work and paint, and that was it.
