The head guy was going to be there today so I went back in to see him. Difficult man to deal with but I picked up some shelving and a flat cart. Two rolling shelving units including the one in the picture. I already had the other one taken apart and stacked on the flat cart in the background. I also bought a flat cart...just not the one in the picture. The one I bought is about a foot longer. Has a heavy oak bed and is old. I used one just like it when I worked there. Maybe the same one. I like them for storing my 3 pt mowers. I set them down on the cart, unhook them and them roll them into a corner out of the way. Reverse when I need them. Makes them a bit easier for me to get on the tractor and keeps them inside but out of the way when not in use. In the end I bought a 3rd shelving unit. Half the height of the others and made up more like a work cart with handles on either end. Top and bottom shelf. Pretty handy unit.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
