I use used tires on wagons and front tractor tire all the time. We even make most of our wagons so I have truck frames for the wagons and at the very least the axles. I am not going to buy tire new for those uses when new tires only last a few years before they crack break a belt or some other thing. On our loader tractor I have went back to old nylon truck tires from 30 plus years ago. they are carrying the load better than the newer radials are. The nylons are only 8 ply and the radials are 10 ply.
Now the state has went to some stupid crap about selling used tires due to the theft of tires. At least that is what one of the tire dealers told me.
