Most deep cycle marine type batteries are not used in below freezing conditions (hard to troll thru ice) so are usually rated in CA not CCA. CA is a rating at 70 F. Go with a series 31 it will supply superior cold weather starting. Make sure all connections are clean and tight and if you can protect it from vibration. If it sets in a box and is not strapped down, put some old inner tube under it and the fill the area around it with nonconducting water-resistant material. If it is rigidly secured it is better than rattling around but not as good as floating. Vibration kills. Remember, a tractor has no springs between the battery and the ground.
