The buff hood and rims would be off of a 4000 industrial.
Now a little history. The industrial tractors go back farther than 1960. The 1801 was the first industrial. Then came the 2000/4000 that was red and buff from 1960 to 1962 Then came the 2000/4000 that was blue and buff from 1962 to 1964 even though some were built into 1965 In the beginning of 1965 they were building 4 cylinder tractors and the newer 3 cylinder models.
