I have a case 580 super e backhoe. I bought it used to use on the farm. The transmission was weak in the forward gears so knowing it was older I decided to replace the torque converter and transmission with a rebuilt one. After replacing both and having the oil cooler flushed out I used it for about a day and it ran great with good forward and reverse power. About day 2 I noticed that the forward gears have no power but the reverse gears have good power. When the machine is cold it does better but once it gets hot it will not go forward but has good reverse power. Can anyone help me with what might be wrong?
