At such high voltages and considering in a human only 0.050 amps can disrupt their heart, there could "possibly" be enough voltage and resultant current flow from any phase to that wooden pole to kill the cat dead if he gets across the same, but that's dependent on the poles moisture and materials (IE its conductivity). I'm assuming a grounded Y HV primary distribution scheme.
There's high voltage across those top three phase to phase wires but their separation distance would make it hard for the cat to get line to line voltage.
At one facility I designed for the HV Primary distribution was 12,470 Y 7200 Volt Three Phase Four Wire.
To receive a shock the cat needs to be across high voltage IE NOT just one live phase, and such exists
Line to Line,,,,,,,,,,Line to Neutral,,,,,,,,,,,,Line to earth ground assuming that's an earth grounded Y system

The advice is timeless... so although it isn't necessarily antique tractor related, it will be prominently displayed in our archives to honor those who have the courage to ask and those who have the courage to respond in an honest, positive manner.
