I believe what has happened is that the clutch disc is stuck to the flywheel.I have had this happen on a couple of 4020's. we chained it to a tree and put it in 5th reverse,it will either come loose or the motor will die.or since you have a loader you could try pushing it up against something,make sure you hold the clutch in.
