While recvovering from major surgury, I worked on a Ferguson TO-30 which sat for nearly 2 years with out running and it had set-up but good. What I did was to wash everything with hot water and soap, then any thing needing more work received oven cleaner, more water and detergent then scraping and Savogran metal paint stripper--becareful about safety glasses and gloves. Then another dose of water, etc. repaeint as necceasary. I also heard a small "hot tank" would be good and fast, but BECARFUL WITH THE CHEMICALS!!!
