Who is saying that speaking Spanish was their ONLY reason for suspecting these two women? I know such an assertion helps support a certain narrative, but when you're trying to force circumstances to fit a particular narrative, you're usually leaving out details that would otherwise disprove said narrative.
Border Patrol is always crying about how thinly they're stretched, always starved for resources. They shouldn't have time for hassling random people just for speaking Spanish.
I just don't understand what the problem is with wanting people to come in through the front door, instead of crawling on their bellies through a broken basement window?
