1) Bad selection of parents (genetic)
2) Laziness (a personal choice)

If you would take your radio off the hip-hop channel long enough to learn something, you would have heard the oil producers and the feds state that there was no shortage of oil, no problem with oil deliveries, and no need to gouge or be gouged. I heard this at 1:00pm on Tuesday, the 11th.
