I put insurance on about half the phones I've bought. Don't what made me chose to do it sometimes and not others. Every time I've had insurance I've either lost or busted the phone, when I didn't have it it didn't happen. The first one I insured I had for 3 days and left it in a truck stop restroom, I noticed it missing within about 10 minutes and went back, but it was gone. That one pinged a steady trip right straight to Mexico. Lol. I never bought one with a case so big it wouldn't fit in my shirt pocket again. Can't say I intentionally treated them different, was just a coincidence. But that is my experience.
