Possibly better posted on the John Deere board where the real experts live, but I am pretty sure the answer is NO. The 3020 has proven itself to be a very popular all around tractor over the course of time, and as you probably know, the newest 3020 is now 47 years old. Unfortunately, the 3020 has an 'orphan' engine that was only used in the 3020 (unlike the 4020 which had the same engine used in combines and other things). I beleive the 2510 and 2520 also had engines that were used in other pieces of JD equipment.
