Kind of like when everyone else copied John Deere by going to a poweshift transmission that actually worked and gave more than one gear shift ? Or how about wet brakes or planetary final drives ? Or maybe how cnh tried to copy the 8000 series cabs ? Or how about when everyone copied Deere’s articulated grader ? Or how about a piston type closed center hydraulic pump that put out more oil than than a guy taking a leak?
