Like said you NEED a service manual, and do not waste your money on a almost worthless I&T one, spend a couple extra bucks and get a Case one it will walk you step by step through the steps you are asking about,, a 580CK and 580B have the same exact powertrain and are much easier to find and are also available through any Case CE (Construction) dealer, like others have said that is still a very good machine today and was the #1 machine of its day, we sold thousands of 580's from 66-76, also look for a correct operators manual as it has much needed info to keep your machine running like it should for the rest of your life cnt
