About 2 months ago a restaurant in Indianapolis starting offering the "Impossible Burger" a burger made from textured wheat protein and some other plant based ingredients. No word on how successful it is yet. In the next 30 days the Nestle Company is going to introduce the "Incredible Burger" made from soy protein and other plant based stuff. Nestle is saying this market is growing and they project millions is sales revenue from these new products, next few years. Would guess their target market is millenials(younger folks). We have 900 million bu soybeans stuck in our pipeline now since we lost overseas export markets so these new burgers might be a good outlet for those beans if these products happen to be successful. We still need to take the best care possible of our lands even thou we are over producing now but will need that extra food production capacity 10-20 years out.
