I PURCHASED A TRACTOR (MF 135) FROM A FELLOW LAST WEEK, HE HAD A PORSCHE TRACTOR IN THE BARN, IT WAS A 1957 DIESEL, HAD COIL SPRING FRONT END, KINDA OF NEAT, HE SAID THAT HE WOULD NOT SELL IT, BECAUSE HE KNOWS OF A FEW IN THE STATES THAT WERE GOING FOR 16,000 TO 18,000. HIS WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION, I CAN SEE IF KNOWS MUCH ABOUT THEM, HE HAS HAD IT FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS, HE IS FROM INDIANA, I HAVE A PICTURE OF IT, IF I SCAN IT I CAN SEND IT TO YOU, HOPE THIS HELPS...

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet).
