Even careful operators can get caught. We have a little JD4100 that my better half uses for light bucket work and mowing around the yard. I borrowed it to mow a winter pond before scraping the sediment from the bottom. Unbeknownst to me, there was an erosion cut in the earth under the grass that was simply not visible. To make a long story short, while mowing, a wheel dropped and the tractor went over - on nearly level ground. The moral of the story is to use ALL the safety equipment(seat belt/ROP) and hang on when the tractor feels like it will tip. And lest I forget, wash you underware after. :-)
