It's a sham and a shame that people that make less money pay the same as someone making a lot of money. The guy with the big paycheck doesn't care much about anyone else. Same goes for the store. As long as the store can get away with charging high prices , they will. After I retired , I needed my lawnmower fixed. It was hard starting and ran rough. The service guy looked it over and said he could get it in right away but to allow him an hour. I browsed around for a while and went back to the service department in 20 minutes and found my mower ready to go. I was charged $48 labor and $38 for parts. They said labor was 1 hour minimum and the parts they listed as replaced was a 3 inch length of rubber tubing , gasket , starter rope , and spark plug. What's a man to do besides never go back there again?
