One of the funniest things that I ever saw. When I was in my teens we were down by the bridge fixing on a little approach. The corner of the calf lot comes right up to the road. There were maybe half a dozen heifers laying in the shade of a sweet gum. Well they deside it is time to go somewhere else and everybody starts to get up. Now all of you know how a cow gets up. The rear end goes up first and then the front end. You also know where that tickle spot is along their spine just in front of the tail. Same as dogs and cats. Well.....one girl starts to get up and that spot makes perfect contact with the bottom wire. ZAP.. BAWWWWWW!!!!! ZAP BAWWWWWW!! ZAP BAWWWW! ZAP.. She is totally paralyzed. After me and dad laugh just a little I grab a nice dry stick and pulled the wire away. When she finnaly could get up she wobble all over the place for awhile.
