Your friend should look in a shop, which only makes car-electrics, here in Germany this is the Bosch-Service. They get some lists, where they can decode the original part to the part that is mounted at your machine. Only need manufacturer, manufaturing year, machine nr. . If this will not fit, he can ship the part from US.
