Hahajust kidding. I have 1300' of lake frontage on the south side of my farm...lake is a murky swamp, no way would we swim or fish in it. Anyway the property assessment came in January reclassified me as residential instead of agriculture. I was assessed on the 45 acres at 2.35m instead of the regular 120k. ... needless to say I appealed and was reclassified.
