What I've heard this Coca Cola story is just an urban legend. Have you really tried to put a tooth in it and see what happens? On the other hand it is a known fact that the Coke is quite sour (pH = 2...3). It is the carbon dioxide in it that makes it acidous but it won't last long. The dioxide however disappears from it quite fast. But I still won't believe what you said.
