I don't think they do sometimes,went to a foreclosure auction and the equipment was run down,beat up etc but they had 3 of those fancy rigs to ride around in. Sort of like when we ran the store no matter what people could always come up with cigarette and beer money and when the kids would ask for a 25 cent bar of candy back then they tell the kid they didn't have anymore money.
