Well a cracked exhaust manifold is going to affect Turbo performance for sure. Take the inlet tube off the turbo from air cleaner, and see if compressor impeller is not damaged, spins freely, and there is no wobble in turbo shaft. Then fire it up and see what it does not drawing air from the air cleaner. Since it is a Desert Sunset one , It does not have strato tube air induction that could plug up. Loren
