My problem: This tractor will start and run at a low speed for about 2-3 minutes and then it dies.If the throddle is opened up during this time the engine will rev up a bit but will die sooner. It appears like a lack of fuel. All lines are open and the fuel can be pumped by hand through the system to the injector pump. However, there is a weak line from the fuel tank to the hand pump.It has banjo fittings and I was unable to obtain a new one through my local John Deere dealer.I tried coating it with a sealant and wrapping it with tape. I replaced the fuel filters, pumped out the air, cracked the injectors (all three)with the engine running. While running the engine it slows when the injector connection is open and regains rpms when closed as it should I believe. However my problem continues! Do I have an air problem? an injector pump problem or some other problem?I would Appreciate some helpful ideas to help me resolve this problem! Where can I locate a new fuel line with banjo fittings to replace my fuel tank line? Thanks, Ron Corkum PS - I also pulled the air intake hose apart to rule out any air intake problem.
