1: With various states and a recent attempt by the Speaker of the House to pass "universal background checks" included the only way to possibly make that work is registration.
2: While most politicians will refuse to admit it there have been discussions about how to go about seizing firearms. This requires strategy. 1st they need to know just who owns firearms. When there are 127,000,000 homes in the US and at a guess 1/2 have firearms that's a lot of armed citizens.
The big thing these "gun control" measures don't cover is what even the left is now calling "black market" guns. By definition the guns used by Lanza at Sandy Hook were black market. That is he killed his mother and stole her guns. Stolen guns are considered black market. The guns used in the San Bernardino CA shooting were also black market in that they were purchased by a 3rd party and provided to the couple. Straw purchase guns are "black Market". And of course the guns that Leland Yin Yee, a former (D) California State Senator, were helping to smuggle into the US were black market. So firearms that are illegally procured by any means are classed as black market. Firearms recovered by LEO run a bit better than 70% being black market. Now that doesn't mean that 100% of those firearms were actually used in a killing or armed robbery. Could be a person had legally obtained firearms in their possession seized when they were arrested for an unrelated offence.
Now it seems kinda odd that the DOJ and FBI know that the vast bulk of firearms used in crimes are black market yet the politicians claim that more background checks will make our streets safer. How? Cho Seung-Hui legally purchased the handguns used at VA Tech. James Holmes legally purchased his firearms. Omar Mateen not only purchased his guns legally, he also was licensed to carry. Both Cho and Holmes had been determined to be a danger to themselves and others by competent mental health professionals. Cho wasn't reported because it wasn't required and Holmes because the shrink in question was trying to cover herself from a possible lawsuit. Mateen showed signs but there were missed looking back at it.

Cylinders are the reason for the hydraulic circuit. They take the fluid power delivered from the pump and magically change it into mechanical power. There are many types of cylinders that one might run across on a farm scenario. Each one could take a chapter in
