Super A Starting Problems

Motor won't turn over. Replaced battery, cleaned terminals,removed starter switch cover and ground contacts clean.
Next? Take starter apart and clean?
Any ideas for how to test?(I'm no mechanic, so it needs to be simple)
It's still a 6 volt if that matters(1952 I was told when I bought it)
