If you have line of site to the bin site you could put a couple of these in play one as an access point and one as a client. you can extend your wired network just like it was wired. you could then attach a wireless router and have wifi at the bin site. Otherwise you can connect anything to the ethernet port (camera, router, switch, ect. and it will appear like it is on your home network. I used them over a short distance to attach 4 cameras at my shop to my home wired (PoE) security system. Much easier than burying cable. Just had to attach a PoE switch to the client side ethernet port and plug in the cameras.
