The demand for these old tractors is way down recently. Tractors like your ACs have pretty limited uses these days, especially since they don't have 3 pt. hitches to handle a variety of implements. We used a narrow front WD with a power kit in the early 70s to plow, disk and pull a 4 row planter and pull hay wagons. Today no one has time to fool with such small equipment and make a living, unless you are just a hobby farmer playing around. Parts are getting scarcer and a lot of folks don't want to or can't deal with points ignitions. You have to put way more in a rebuild than the tractor is worth. A set of tires alone will be around $1,000, give or take. If they don't start and run and drive they are basically only worth scrap price, again often too much work and/or cost to get them into useable shape. If you CAN get them to run without a lot of cost and hair pulling, do it.
Just a tip, if you don't get them running, don't advertise them as "ran when parked". That's sort of a joke in the old tractor community meaning it is probably junk.
