Drove past a car trailer with a for sale sine along the road for a couple weeks, one day the owner was mowing grass so I pull in. He chats with me 45 minutes, I say well I should get on my errands, what about the trailer? (He conversed a lot but never did say much about the trailer so far......) Well, uh. I thanked him for the time, regretted wasting an hour of mine, and went on my way. Drove past that trailer with a sign on it for another 2 months that summer.
