The city where I work when people call them asking what to do with old appliances or what not and they give them my number. I pick it up and haul for scrap when I get enough. One lady called me last year and asked if I wanted an old cement mixer and I said sure. Well when I got there she told me she had found another one that she had forgot about in the weeds while cleaning up. Her husband was into masonry before he died. After I pulled them out of the weeds with my tractor one was heavy duty with a stuck Honda engine that had a rotted off tarp over it and the other one was smaller with a stuck electric motor on it. I couldn't bring myself to scrap them they are under my shed waiting for me to work on!
