I do not know anybody that is on facebook. I would like to be able to get the messages that the police department and fire department as well as the council on aging put out. When I asked on here how to do it all replys were STAY OFF FACEBOOK, DO NOT try to get on. In a verrey strongstay off of facebook and no one would tell me how to go about getting those goverment messages. Last year I bought a hay rake off of Craigs list 2 days after it was posted for asking price. When picked it up the seller told me they had it listed for 2 months on facebook with no calls. I did not even know something like that could be done. I don't understand why bussiness are just using facebook to advertise as if they are doing that nothing can be found about them. When they were using a web site a search would bring them up. They are loosing bussiness by droping that web site in favor of facebook. I am not interested in the chat part of facebook and even if I did know hoe to get to that facebook market place I would not even look at it. I have bought a lot of machinery over the past several years off of craigs list.
