bobcat hydraulic problem

my little bobcat got stuck while i was cleaning out my pond. it was sitting at an angle for about a week. after i pulled it out, the bucket won't move and the arms won't either. do i have a safety switch or something that i can't see? someone said i need to take the seat off and look for it. could there be air in the hydraulics or do they need to be bled? need help. what about a manual? thanks, dirtbikemike
