Yes, Another individual named Ford , but of course not related to Henry was in the tractor business in Minniapolis. Also the Ford Board of Directors wasn't too keen about the tractor business, Henry and his son formed a seperate company away from Ford Auto that took the name Fordson. By the late 20's all production moved to Ireland in part do to competition from Farmalls and other makes getting into the general purpose tractor market. Henry didn't get back into US tractor production untill approached by Henry Fergusson with his draft control 3-point.
