Both extremes of moisture are bad. I well remember the trials of getting 15 inches of rain in 30 days. Only a few years ago. Flooded roads and inaccessible farm land. From about 2010 to 2016 we were in mud and water every summer and so sick of excess rain. Now we get the other extreme and have to deal with it. I made numerous videos of the crazy conditions and watching some of them now I just shake my head and can hardly believe it was ever that wet.
