I was hauling Dakotas for the farm I work for last week,I’m not sure the variety this week for a different farm. It’s a 2000 or somewhere close Peterbuilt with a 400 Cummins and a 13 spd hauling a 48’ van trailer. They went to Cavendish Farms for processing into fries and or hash browns. There’s a belt the length of the trailer and there’s an angled floor above the sides of the conveyor. There’s 2x1’ boards covering the conveyor so the belt doesn’t slip and you stand inside with a poker and keep pulling up boards and set them to the side as you unload. Some trailers have a variable speed insert and no planks to pull up.
