Do I need to bore out my JD 60

I just removed the head and pistons on my 60 and made these measurments in the cylinder bores. My measurment at the top of the cylinder was 5.5120 (horizontal) 5.5140 (vertical) Measurements at the back of the cylinder was 5.5030 (horizontal) and 5.5040 (verticle). The factory bore is stated to be 5.4996 - 5.5010

Will standard size rings fit this without boring?
