came up this idea of chaep snow plow machine while thinking of a machine i could get for under $2000 to clean a few driveways this winter for a few bucks. Ive seen it done in a couple of tractor books, converting a tractor into a grader, was wondering if any one has done this or thought about doing it. I was thinking of getting a cheap tractor, there's an AC's in the paper with a snow plow. First take the blade off, front axle. bolt or weld two chunks of channel steel or ?? to engine block, trans's block and tie into front end. have it hang past front of tractor by 8-10' on both sides. At front weld up a plate of some kind to attach axle. Thats as far as ive got, Any thoughts or idea's.
